Our company is looking for few dispatch engineers who will be responsible for:

• Incident’s resolution
• Service requests fulfillment
• Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware Installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems.
• IMACD’s (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) request fulfillment.
• Hands and Eyes support for IT infrastructure devices
• Meeting room IT equipment support and maintenance.
• Printer support
• Escorting of third parties
• Planned or unplanned hardware replacement activities like cables, SFPs, etc…
• Onsite Troubleshooting support whenever needed.
